PT. Lionel Jaya Logistic is currently hiring a Logistics Helper to join its warehouse and delivery operations team in Tangerang. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and want to grow within the logistics industry. As a Logistics Helper, you will support daily inbound and outbound activities, assist with loading and unloading, and accompany drivers to ensure goods arrive safely at their destination. The position offers a monthly salary of IDR 2,800,000 to IDR 2,900,000 and a work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 21:00.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Your main duties include:
- Handling inbound and outbound activities as well as packing shipping materials
- Ensuring goods are in good condition and ready for dispatch
- Assisting with loading and unloading goods for shipment
- Accompanying drivers during delivery until the goods reach their destination
- Attending the pre-shift briefing at the start of every shift
- Inspecting work equipment before use
- Performing marking and labelling of goods
- Carrying out sorting and consolidation of goods
- Supporting the packing process
- Maintaining and cleaning the work area
- Completing mobile operation records for every task
- Reporting and addressing any activities that do not comply with SOP
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Logistics Helper position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Male, maximum 27 years old
- Minimum education of SMP/MTS or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a helper, preferably in logistics or warehousing
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work hard
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Basic understanding of logistics mapping
- Willing to follow work schedules and standard operating procedures
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team
