As a Management Trainee, you will begin your journey from the Server (Pramusaji) position to build a strong foundation in daily operations before progressing through rotations and training across various functions, including outlet operations, customer service, and team management. Successful participants who complete the training and evaluation period will be prepared to take on Supervisor or Store Leader positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Start as a Server (Pramusaji) to gain hands-on understanding of basic outlet operations and service standards.
- Participate in structured rotations across different operational areas, including outlet operations, customer service, and team management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Support sales activities, including product promotion and achieving established sales targets.
- Learn and apply daily operational procedures, including opening and closing duties, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth outlet operations.
- Take part in training sessions and evaluations designed to develop leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrate discipline, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn throughout the training program.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Maximum age: 28 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience; experience in F&B or sales is a strong advantage.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic sales skills, including product promotion and target achievement.
- Willing to be placed at any branch or outlet.
- Working days: Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 08:00 to 21:00.
