Job Responsibilities
As an English Tutor at Bimbel Rumba Pangkal Pinang, you will play a key role in delivering quality English language instruction to students across various age groups and proficiency levels. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Developing creative teaching materials and activities that keep students motivated and involved
- Assessing students’ progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and individual student needs
- Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional classroom atmosphere
- Communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress when necessary
- Collaborating with fellow tutors and staff to maintain consistent teaching quality
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching programs
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are energetic, creative, friendly, and professional. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; preferably in Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD), Early Childhood Teacher Education (PGPAUD), or English Language Education
- Strong commitment to quality in teaching and student development
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00
- Open to both full-time and part-time teaching arrangements
- No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
