Muda Burger is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Canvassing Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys fieldwork, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to contribute directly to the expansion of a dynamic burger brand. As a Sales Canvassing Officer, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and customers, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily canvassing activities to identify new sales opportunities and prospective customers or partners.
- Approach, present, and promote Muda Burger products and offerings to potential clients in the field.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and programs to expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and business partners.
- Lead and coordinate team activities, providing direction and support to team members in achieving shared goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of daily canvassing activities, leads, and sales results.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Age between 22 and 28 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and canvassing, or a fresh graduate with an S1 in Business Management.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in managing or coordinating a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Skilled in sales strategy development and program execution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in the field and follow a Monday to Saturday schedule, 08:00 to 17:00.
