MEMORY COFFEE is currently looking for a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our outlet team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are passionate about food preparation and eager to grow in a dynamic café and coffee shop environment. As a Kitchen Staff member, you will play a key role in preparing food products that meet our outlet’s quality standards while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce food items in accordance with the outlet’s established recipes and standards
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the outlet to ensure consistency and quality
- Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions to maintain smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen work area
- Ensure food preparation is carried out efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Support the team in daily kitchen activities and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Maximum age: 28 years old
- Open to all genders
- No prior experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong team player with the ability to work well with others
- Willing to learn and develop new skills

Work Schedule
Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. Further details regarding working days will be provided during the recruitment process.
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 4,000,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
