Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing customers to promote and offer company products.
- Introduce, install, and activate the company’s mobile application on customer devices, ensuring they understand how to use it effectively.
- Carry and present product samples to customers during field visits to support sales presentations.
- Take full responsibility for inventory management at the stockist level, including receiving, storing, recording, and reporting stock on a daily and periodic basis.
- Perform daily activation reporting through the designated application or web platform.
- Process customer orders via the application and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Deposit daily sales funds to the designated company bank account accurately and on time.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales will be given preference.
- Must own a smartphone with a minimum of Android 7 operating system.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Proficient in operating gadgets and mobile applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 16:00.
