Key Responsibilities

As a Midwife at Klinik Mitra Diani, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and infants. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
• Monitoring the health of both mother and baby throughout pregnancy and after birth.
• Assisting doctors during delivery and performing normal deliveries independently when required.
• Offering education and counseling on family planning, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all medical documentation is up to date.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care under pressure.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Diploma in Midwifery is a plus).
• No prior experience required; however, experience in the field is highly preferred.
• Open to all genders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and dedicated to patient care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of child development and pediatric care.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
