PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is opening an opportunity for a Sales Officer to join its team in Balaraja, covering the Jabodetabekser (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Serang) area. This role is well suited for candidates who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships with dealers and distribution partners, and contributing to the growth of the company’s financing business. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key part in connecting customers with the right financing products while ensuring that every application is processed accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Offer the company’s products and financing services to both existing and new customers.
- Obtain orders from distribution channels, perform initial data entry, verify customer information, and complete customer documents and credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications and communicate credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and other important details they need to know.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, distribution partners, and customers to support sales targets.
- Ensure that all customer data and documents are complete, accurate, and handled with integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major.
- Maximum age of 29 years old.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, persistence, thoroughness, and honesty.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds an active SIM A or SIM C driver’s license.
- Placement will be based on the candidate’s domicile.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
