Job Responsibilities
As a High School Biology Tutor, you will play a key role in guiding students through the senior high school biology curriculum, from cell biology and genetics to ecology and human physiology. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging biology lessons to senior high school students in both online and offline formats.
- Preparing lesson materials, practice questions, and assessments that align with the school curriculum.
- Explaining difficult concepts in a clear, simple, and relatable way to improve student understanding.
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Creating a positive, motivating, and interactive learning environment.
- Conducting classes through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams when teaching online.
- Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to the agreed teaching schedule.
- Collaborating with fellow tutors and academic staff to improve teaching quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome candidates from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds. To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Active S1/S2 university student or graduate (minimum bachelor’s degree).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a state university (PTN) or 3.25 from a private university (PTS).
- Prior teaching experience, either online or offline.
- Strong mastery of senior high school biology subject matter.
- Friendly, patient, creative, innovative, and communicative personality.
- Reliable and committed — applicants who frequently request leave or schedule changes will not be prioritized.
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing materials and reports.

Work Schedule
