Euromedica Group is hiring a Beauty Advisor to join our team at Resinda Park Mall Karawang. This is a customer-facing sales and consultation role suited to candidates with a strong background in beauty, fitness, or make-up services who enjoy building relationships and achieving sales targets. If you have at least four years of relevant experience and are confident in advising customers on treatments and products, this position offers a competitive base salary, allowances, and commission based on your sales performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively seek and acquire new customers to undergo treatments and services.
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers through the various networking channels available.
- Conduct consultation sessions with customers and respond to their questions and complaints professionally.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent the brand positively and uphold service standards at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major is welcome.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a related field (beauty, fitness, or make-up).
- No specific gender requirement; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication skills, including effective spoken communication and the ability to present information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership understanding and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
