Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Officer at Adira Finance, you will play a key role in driving business growth by offering the company’s financing products to both existing and new customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and offering the company’s financing products to existing and potential customers.
- Acquiring orders from distribution channels, performing initial data entry, verifying customer information, and completing customer documents and credit applications.
- Monitoring the progress of credit applications and communicating credit decisions to dealers and customers in a timely manner.
- Informing customers about payment due dates, payment locations, and other important information they need to know regarding their financing agreements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving sales targets set by the company and contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 from any major.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field would be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrates integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in all aspects of work.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Willing to be placed in a location based on domicile.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.

The role requires a proactive and energetic individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and is motivated by achieving measurable results.
