Job Responsibilities
As a Physical Education Teacher at MI Islamiyah Tanjung, you will play a vital role in promoting physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and character development among students. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging physical education lessons that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
- Teaching students fundamental movement skills, sports techniques, and physical fitness concepts appropriate for their age and development level
- Organizing and supervising sports activities, games, and physical exercises that promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Assessing and evaluating students’ physical abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during physical activities by maintaining proper supervision and adhering to safety guidelines
- Maintaining sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and safe for use
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school staff to integrate physical education with other subjects and school activities
- Participating in school events, sports competitions, and extracurricular activities as required
- Encouraging students to develop healthy habits and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity
- Communicating with parents regarding students’ progress and participation in physical education programs
Requirements and Qualifications

- Male or Female, Muslim (Islam)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education or a related field
- Female candidates are preferred for this position
- Fluent in reading Al-Qur’an
- Genuine passion for children’s education and development
- Honest, responsible, and committed to professional integrity
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Teaching skills development capability
- Maximum distance of 15 km from the school location
- No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
