PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk is currently seeking a dedicated Field PIC Expedition COD Collection to join our operations in the Batu Bara area, North Sumatra. As a Field PIC, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth distribution flows, maintaining courier partner relationships, and safeguarding COD transactions across your assigned area.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard couriers based on the operational needs of the assigned area.
- Conduct active coaching and maintain regular communication with active couriers within the area of responsibility.
- Supervise the distribution flow of goods and Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Handle and investigate fraud cases, including loss, damage, and COD manipulation.
- Manage communication and foster strong relationships with courier partners in each respective area.
- Prepare weekly reports on findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate directly with BPOM (the National Agency of Drug and Food Control) as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in debt collection processes.
- No maximum age limit — candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in the Batu Bara area, North Sumatra.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong field coordination abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle sensitive collection and fraud investigation matters professionally. Effective communication skills are essential for coaching couriers and building productive relationships with partners. Candidates should also be comfortable preparing periodic reports and coordinating with external parties such as BPOM.
