Job Responsibilities
As an Area Manager Cat, your primary focus will be managing and developing sales within your assigned territory. You will represent PT. SUPERCOAT NUSANTARA INDAH and ensure our products reach the right customers through effective field sales activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular visits to building material stores, construction projects, and distributors within the assigned area.
- Promoting and clearly explaining the features and advantages of water-based and solvent-based paint products to potential and existing customers.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Preparing daily sales reports and monitoring progress toward monthly sales targets.
- Analyzing sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensuring professional communication and service standards are maintained in all customer interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate a combination of sales experience, product knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required:
- Male or female, aged 20 to 40 years old.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales; experience in paint or building material sales is highly preferred.
- Communicative, hardworking, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Strong ability to create sales reports and analyze sales performance data.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Familiarity with the marketing area of Riau Islands Province.
- Willing to undergo a 1-month probation period.

- Basic salary between Rp 4,000,000 and Rp 5,000,000, depending on experience.
