Job Responsibilities
- Market and present water heater products to residential and commercial projects, offering the most suitable solutions based on client needs.
- Take full responsibility for achieving the sales targets set by the company on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, project owners, consultants, contractors, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the project pipeline from the initial stage through to the final stage, including order placement.
- Expand the professional network and increase brand awareness regarding the company’s products and profile.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Marketing, Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or Electrical).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Project or in Business Development within the Building Material or HVAC industry.
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
- Strong presentation abilities and a genuine passion for building long-term business relationships.
- An active network among architects, contractors, or chief engineers is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid SIM C driver’s license and own a personal motorcycle.
- Willing to be placed in Medan with coverage areas including Medan, Jambi, Palembang, Batam, and Padang.

Work Schedule
