The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp2,500,000 to Rp5,000,000, depending on experience and performance, with working days from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00.
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your daily tasks will revolve around customer service, store operations, and maintaining the quality of the shopping environment. You will be expected to:
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing attentive and knowledgeable service at all times.
- Apply smart service techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash and non-cash payments, using the store management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal of the store and product displays.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures as required by store management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Associate position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- At least 1 year of experience as a pramuniaga (sales associate) or in a similar retail position.
- Pleasant and professional appearance.
- Strong smart service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to work hard.
- Familiarity with store management systems is an advantage.
- Willing to attend training in Jogja (Yogyakarta) as part of the onboarding process.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00.
