This internship is based at CBC (Cengkareng Business City), Tangerang, and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:30. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, final-semester students, and early-career professionals who want to develop practical skills in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, content strategy, and influencer campaign execution while working alongside a marketing team.
Job Responsibilities
As a KOL Community Intern, you will play an active role in connecting the brand with relevant content creators and influencers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and researching KOLs who are relevant to the brand and its target audience.
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with KOLs and content creators.
- Developing content strategies that align with KOL personalities and brand objectives.
- Managing daily communication with KOLs, including briefings, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Supporting the marketing team in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
- Analyzing and reporting the results of KOL collaborations to measure performance and effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications

What We Offer
This is a paid internship, with a salary range of IDR 2,300,000 to IDR 4,000,000 per month.
