PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is seeking a dedicated Remedial Collection Officer to join its team in Merauke, Papua. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, target-driven, and passionate about maintaining healthy accounts receivable through effective collection strategies. As part of one of Indonesia’s leading multifinance companies, you will play a key role in ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments while upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Monitor and follow up on overdue customer accounts to ensure payments are collected within the agreed timeframe.
- Conduct field visits to customers with outstanding balances when necessary, in accordance with company procedures.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets set by management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or credit role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Male candidates preferred, as per the job requirement.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all work activities.
- Willing to be placed in Merauke or other Adira Finance operational areas across Papua, Sulawesi, and Maluku, based on domicile.

Work Schedule and Benefits
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. Adira Finance offers a competitive salary range of IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 5,000,000 per month, along with the opportunity to grow within a well-established multifinance company.
