Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotor, you will be the front line of Yadea’s brand presence in your assigned area. Your day-to-day work combines direct selling, customer education, and promotional activity in the field. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting Yadea electric motorcycle products to potential customers in your assigned area.
- Educating prospective buyers about the advantages of electric motorcycles, including product features, performance, and ownership benefits.
- Achieving the sales targets set by the company on a monthly basis.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers while delivering excellent service throughout the buying process.
- Carrying out promotional activities such as product displays, events, and canvassing.
- Reporting daily sales results and field activities to your supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a mobile, target-driven environment and confident in approaching new customers every day. The following qualifications are expected:
- Male or female, aged 18–35 years.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent, with preference for graduates of marketing or sales majors.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales or marketing professional; experience in the automotive or electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a clear orientation toward targets.
- Presentable appearance and self-confidence.
- Willing to work mobile and in the field.
- Possession of a SIM C driver’s license and a personal vehicle is preferred.
- Basic sales administration skills to support reporting and documentation.
