Based in Bali, this internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment support, personnel administration, and employee contract management. Job Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Intern, you will support the HRD team in daily people operations and gain direct experience in core HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring there is a list or reference of candidate applicants according to the needs of each department.
- Monitoring personnel administration, which includes employee data management.
- Assisting HRD in determining employee work status and monitoring its continuation.
- Monitoring and following up on the work contract process and the appointment of permanent employees.
- Anticipating the extension of work contracts and the process of termination of employment due to contract expiration.
- Assisting with crosschecks for concerned employees.
- Supporting other HR administrative tasks as needed to keep documentation accurate and up to date.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment. To be considered for this Human Resource Internship, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate in the last semester or fresh graduate of Psychology, Law, Management, or Accountancy.
- Minimum education level of D3/D4.
- Highly computer literate, with capability in email and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with HR management applications and spreadsheets is an advantage.
- Energy, drive, and resilience, with the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Placement in Bali; preferably living in Bali.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required (minimum 0 years).
