Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Taking Order, you will be the frontline representative of the company, responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base within your assigned territory. Your main duties include:
- Taking orders from existing customers in accordance with the sales targets that have been set by the company.
- Actively seeking and acquiring new outlets to become customers of the company.
- Performing regular maintenance and relationship management for existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitoring stock availability and ensuring timely order fulfillment in coordination with the internal team.
- Reporting daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Taking Order position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female, with a maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in field sales or distribution.
- Possession of a valid and active SIM C driver’s license and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively toward targets.
- Enjoys fieldwork and is comfortable with a mobile, outdoor working environment.
- Willing to be placed in the Cirebon area, specifically Penggung.
- Adaptability to sales needs and the ability to adjust strategies based on customer and market demands.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is primarily field-based, meaning you will spend most of your working hours visiting customers and prospects within the assigned area. The working environment is dynamic and requires a proactive attitude, self-discipline, and good time management skills. You will have the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a supportive sales team.
