Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing sales operations, developing customer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met consistently. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and approving new customer applications submitted by the sales team, and recommending appropriate credit limits for customers.
- Monitoring and controlling sales activities through the CRM system, including purchase orders, new outlet openings, and other sales metrics.
- Overseeing product delivery processes and supervising product availability to ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer relationships, including collection activities, credit limit setting, upselling, and cross-selling of products.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve company targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Conducting regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer needs across the Palangka Raya region.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in the building materials distribution industry:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Male candidates preferred, as per the operational requirements of the role.
- Physically and mentally healthy, with a dynamic and proactive personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enjoys fieldwork and is willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Must possess a valid SIM A and SIM C driver’s license.
- Experience in the building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Palangka Raya area and surrounding regions.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales and team supervision.
- Demonstrated skills in business development, CRM usage, sales-oriented strategies, strategic leadership, and adaptability to management needs.

PT Putra Kahayan Abadi offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 4,500,000 to Rp 5,500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Work Schedule
