Tumbler Makassar is currently hiring a Printing Machine Operator to join its production team in Makassar, South Sulawesi. Job Responsibilities
As part of the production team, the Printing Machine Operator will handle daily printing operations and machine care. The main responsibilities include:
- Operating printing machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Preparing printing materials and tumblers before the production process begins.
- Ensuring printed results match the approved designs and required quality standards.
- Calibrating and adjusting printing machines based on production needs.
- Performing daily maintenance and routine checks on printing equipment.
- Reporting any damage or technical issues to supervisors or technicians.
- Keeping the work area clean and complying with workplace safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a background in graphic arts or mechanical engineering.
- Male, with a maximum age of 25 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience as a printing machine operator or screen-printing operator. Experience in the tumbler industry is an added advantage.
- Understanding of the basics of UV printing, sublimation, or digital printing techniques.
- Familiarity with design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, digital design tools, and graphic design tools.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and under production target pressure.
- Disciplined, honest, and possessing a strong work ethic.
