Madam Lee Korean BBQ is looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Denpasar. As a Cashier, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily transactions and delivering a positive experience to every guest who visits our restaurant.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle cash, debit, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the cash register and POS system in accordance with company procedures.
- Issue receipts, process refunds when necessary, and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service at all times.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier station.
- Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all cash-handling policies to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Support other team members with additional tasks during peak hours as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar.
- Demonstrates genuine interest and enthusiasm for the job.
- Neat, professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Willing to work a long shift system.
- Basic skills in operating a cash register (cashier system) are an advantage.
Work Schedule
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
- Long shift system applies.
