Adira Finance is hiring a Sales Officer CMO for the Pejanggik branch in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a field-based sales role for candidates who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and helping people access financing solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Offer the company’s products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Secure orders from distribution channels and complete initial data collection.
- Verify and complete customer documents and credit applications.
- Monitor application progress and communicate credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and other important information.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, partners, and customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, any major.
- Maximum age: 34 years old.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation ability, integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold an active SIM A or SIM C license.
- Placement according to domicile.

Work Schedule and Benefits
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. You will work in a dynamic sales environment where you interact directly with customers, dealers, and distribution partners. The role offers a competitive salary between IDR 2,400,000 and IDR 2,500,000 per month, along with the opportunity to develop strong sales and negotiation skills in the multifinance industry.
