Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the company premises, including employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to prevent theft, trespassing, and other security risks.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential disturbances or violations.
- Check and verify documents, identification, and entry permits as required.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
- Report security issues, incidents, and daily activities to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all security equipment and facilities are used properly and kept in good condition.
- Follow all company security procedures, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Male, with a maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education level: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a security officer; prior security experience is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and in prime condition to perform shift work and patrol duties.
- Willing and able to work in a shift schedule.
- Domiciled in Sidoarjo City or surrounding areas.
- Available to start work as soon as possible.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and practices.
- Disciplined, alert, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp 2,300,000 to Rp 3,200,000.
