Job Responsibilities
As a QA Automation Engineer at Adira Finance, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests that validate the quality and reliability of business-critical applications. You will work closely with QA Manual testers, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Katalon Studio.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements and user journeys.
- Perform regression testing for feature updates and new releases.
- Conduct API automation testing for backend financial services.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and prepare clear, structured bug reports.
- Collaborate with QA Manual, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to validate features and resolve issues.
- Ensure application quality aligns with financial industry regulations and business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in test automation and a genuine interest in building reliable software for the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and comfortable working in a cross-functional agile environment.
- Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Automation Tester, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, specifically Katalon Studio.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts and test data.
- Familiarity with API testing and backend services.
- Solid understanding of SQL and software requirements analysis.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify issues, and communicate defects clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fast learner and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and changing priorities.

What We Offer
This position offers a competitive monthly salary in the range of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 8,000,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will work in a professional head office environment in Jakarta with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, giving you a stable and predictable schedule.
