Job Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse at Madeena Skin Clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing basic nursing procedures and clinical treatments in accordance with established medical standards and clinic protocols.
- Observing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions before, during, and after treatments.
- Assisting doctors and aesthetic medical staff during consultations and skin treatment procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Educating patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and follow-up schedules.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinating with the front office and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow and service quality.
- Adhering to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the clinic.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who combine strong clinical competence with a warm, professional demeanor. To be considered for this Staff Nurse position, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Nursing.
- Possession of an active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) nursing license.
- Experience working in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to perform basic nursing interventions and patient observation confidently.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and responsible personality.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
- Skin care knowledge and an interest in aesthetic nursing are highly desirable.
- Open to all genders and to candidates with varying levels of experience, including fresh graduates.
Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work week, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be prepared to work rotating shifts and weekend schedules as required by clinic operations. Flexibility and reliability in attendance are essential for maintaining consistent patient care.
