As a Remedial Officer, you will play a vital role in managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of payments, directly supporting the company’s financial stability and growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Monitor and follow up on overdue customer accounts through phone calls, visits, and written communication.
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and achieve recovery targets.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and escalation of problematic accounts.
- Conduct field visits to customers when necessary to facilitate payment collection.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and account status for management review.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or remedial role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Male candidates preferred as per the job requirement.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities with a high level of integrity.
- Persistent, detail-oriented, and honest in carrying out duties.
- Willing to be placed at Adira Finance branch offices according to domicile.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00.
