PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is a leading multifinance company in Indonesia, and we are currently looking for a dedicated Remedial Collector to join our branch team in Way Jepara. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-oriented, dependable, and eager to build a career in the multifinance industry. As a Remedial Collector, you will play a key part in managing overdue accounts and supporting the company’s financial health through timely and professional collection activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Monitor and follow up on customer accounts that have passed their due dates.
- Conduct field visits and communicate directly with customers to arrange payments and resolve outstanding obligations.
- Negotiate payment terms and solutions with customers while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure collection targets are met in line with company policies.
- Report collection progress and account status to supervisors on a regular basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4/S1 in any major.
- Male, with a maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Open to fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the same field is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward targets.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, persistence, thoroughness, and honesty.
- Willing to be placed at an Adira branch office in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.

Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 16:00. Candidates should be prepared to work in a field-based environment that requires discipline, time management, and consistent follow-through on collection activities.
