Job Responsibilities
As a Security Guard at PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the company’s property and personnel. You will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Patrol and monitor the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or any security risks.
- Control access points by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and report any irregularities to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, incidents, and observations during your shift.
- Ensure that all security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarms, are functioning correctly.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid, as needed.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Gender: Male.
- Age: Between 20 and 35 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Physical Appearance: No tattoos and no piercings.
- Height: Minimum 170 cm.
- Weight: Minimum 60 kg with a proportional body mass index.
- Health: Must provide a valid health certificate and COVID-19 vaccination certificate up to the booster dose.
- Training: Willing to undergo security training for new applicants. Possession of a Gada Pratama certificate is highly preferred. Please mention or attach the certificate if you have one.
- Skills: Basic security knowledge, vigilance, and the ability to operate security equipment.
Work Schedule
This position follows a standard work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Candidates should be prepared to work on Saturdays and maintain punctuality and reliability.
