Job Responsibilities
As a Female Staff member at VIP Gadget Store, your daily tasks will revolve around customer service, store management, and sales support. You will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth running of the store. Key duties include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Helping customers find products and providing basic information about gadgets and accessories
- Processing transactions and handling cash or digital payments accurately
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including display areas
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting items that need replenishment
- Arranging product displays to attract customer attention
- Supporting daily opening and closing procedures of the store
- Coordinating with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints professionally
- Ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed consistently
Requirements and Qualifications

- Female, aged between 19 and 30 years old
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00
- Neat appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
