Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Order Taker, your primary responsibility is to actively engage with customers, take orders, and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store. You will be expected to work independently while also collaborating with the wider sales team.
- Actively approach and serve customers to generate sales orders
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Report sales activities and results to the supervisor on a regular basis
- Ensure the display area remains clean, organized, and attractive
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are energetic, target-driven, and committed to delivering excellent service. The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Male or Female
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level)
- Maximum age: 40 years old
- Must possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license)
- Must own a personal motorcycle
- Willing to work within a target-based system
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic sales development skills and a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Work Schedule
This position follows a six-day work week. Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday. Candidates should be prepared to work consistently within this schedule and adapt to the pace of a busy mall environment.
