PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) is one of Indonesia’s leading multifinance companies, and we are currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven Surveyor to join our team at the Paser branch. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, thrive in a target-oriented environment, and have a strong interest in helping customers gain access to financing solutions. As a Surveyor, you will play a key role in assessing prospective customers, building trust, and supporting the company’s growth in the Paser region.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good communication with customers throughout the negotiation process.
- Conduct visits and surveys to assess the eligibility of prospective customers applying for company financing.
- Prepare and report the analysis of survey results in the form of a survey report, and input the findings into the company system.
- Offer BFI products to existing customers for refinancing opportunities.
- Verify and validate customer data and documents to support accurate and responsible credit analysis.
- Ensure that all survey activities are carried out professionally, accurately, and in line with company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major; fresh graduates with an S1 degree are welcome to apply.
- Preferably domiciled in Paser.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in a similar field is highly preferred.
- Open to all genders.
- Enjoy fieldwork and are ready to work with targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to test and verify information and carry out validation processes.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C and SIM A driver’s license.
