PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join its team for the Grandmall (Jabodetabek) area. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in promoting the company’s financing products, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth credit application process from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities
- Offer and promote the company’s financing products to both existing and new customers.
- Obtain orders from distribution channels, perform initial data collection, verify, and complete customer documents and credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications and communicate credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and other important information they need to know.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and distribution partners to support sales targets.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major.
- Maximum age of 29 years old.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar field is a strong advantage.
- Male candidates preferred, as indicated in the job requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with solid negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds an active SIM A or SIM C driver’s license.
- Familiar with B2C sales management and sales-oriented approaches.
- Able to understand and work toward sales targets.

Work Schedule and Placement
The Sales Officer position follows a working schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Placement is available at Adira Finance branches across all regions, adjusted according to the candidate’s domicile. For this particular opening, the placement area covers Grandmall and the greater Jabodetabek region.
Salary
The monthly salary offered for this position ranges from IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 5,500,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
