IPoint Billiard is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least one year of barista experience who are passionate about coffee and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The role follows a Monday to Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable routine for someone who takes pride in delivering quality beverages and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
As a Barista at IPoint Billiard, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to our customers. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every drink meets our quality standards.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other barista equipment properly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area at all times
- Manage coffee bean and ingredient stock, including checking freshness and reporting supply needs
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Follow all company rules, standard operating procedures, and any changes implemented by management
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and operational needs
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and are ready to contribute to our team from day one.
- Male or female, maximum 25 years of age
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Demonstrated skill in barista techniques and beverage preparation
- Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Willing to follow company rules and adapt to changes within the organization
- Strong team player with a responsive and proactive work ethic
