Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Staff member at D’Hills Hotel Bukittinggi, your primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel premises. Your daily tasks will include:
- Cleaning and tidying guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in guest rooms and common areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper waste disposal
- Restocking room amenities such as toiletries, drinking water, and other guest supplies
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor
- Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and other shared spaces
- Following hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Responding to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Performing quality control checks on cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level)
- Gender: Female
- No prior experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness quality control
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willing to work according to the hotel’s schedule
Work Schedule
This position follows a fixed work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be available to work during these hours and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
