Formos Outfit is currently hiring a Store Crew to join our retail team. As a Store Crew member, you will be the face of our store, assisting walk-in customers and handling online inquiries while supporting daily store operations. Job Responsibilities
As a Store Crew at Formos Outfit, your daily tasks will cover a variety of store operations, from front-line customer service to supporting the production of custom apparel. You will play an important role in ensuring that every customer receives a positive experience and that store operations run smoothly.
- Handle customers who visit the store in person (walk-in) as well as those who contact us via WhatsApp
- Receive customer files and edit designs according to order requirements
- Perform stock opname to ensure accurate inventory records
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times
- Arrange and press screen printing designs onto t-shirts
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level)
- Gender: Female
- No prior work experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with store management systems is an advantage
- Basic design editing skills to process customer files
- Good communication skills, both in person and through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp
- Willingness to learn screen printing and garment pressing techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Disciplined, honest, and punctual
Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, and working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. You will work in a hands-on retail and production environment where customer interaction, design processing, and garment printing are part of the daily routine. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a varied workload and want to develop practical skills in retail operations and custom apparel production.
