Nams Sport is looking for a confident and energetic Live Streaming Host to join our team and represent our brand in front of a growing online audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being on camera, loves sports, and knows how to keep viewers engaged during live sessions. As a Live Streaming Host, you will play a key role in building our online presence, promoting products, and creating interactive experiences that turn viewers into loyal customers.
The position follows a Monday to Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, offering a stable routine for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. If you have hosting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for sports, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across social media platforms, presenting products and engaging with viewers in real time.
- Plan and deliver creative, entertaining live content that keeps the audience interested and encourages participation.
- Respond promptly to comments, questions, and messages from viewers to build strong interaction and community engagement.
- Work toward sales and engagement targets set by the company during live sessions.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, popular formats, and platform features to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Perform simple video editing for promotional content and live session recaps using tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align live sessions with ongoing campaigns and product promotions.
- Maintain a professional, honest, and responsible attitude throughout all broadcasts and interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host, with a minimum of 6 months in a live hosting role.
- Excellent public speaking and on-camera presentation skills.
- Ability to work toward targets with initiative and discipline.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable in managing live sessions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and entertaining live content.
- Actively up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
- Responsive and skilled at answering questions and building interaction with audiences.
- Capable of performing basic video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of sports is considered a strong added value.
- Open to all genders.
What We Offer
