Job Responsibilities
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the spa while providing exceptional service to every guest. Your daily duties will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with spa inquiries, treatment selections, and bookings.
- Handling appointment scheduling, reservations, and confirmation through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Managing the spa reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of daily sales.
- Coordinating with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth treatment schedules.
- Responding to guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining knowledge of spa treatments, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory monitoring of front desk supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum D3/D4 education level.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a related position, depending on the level of the role.
- A relevant hospitality background is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance.

Work Schedule
