Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the frontline representative who connects customers with suitable financing solutions. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Offering installment and credit purchase options to visitors who wish to buy goods at the store
- Serving customers who want to purchase items through financing facilities
- Explaining product and installment schemes clearly so customers can make informed decisions
- Assisting customers throughout the purchase process, from inquiry to transaction completion
- Maintaining good relationships with store partners and customers
- Supporting sales and marketing activities to achieve store targets
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA/Paket C or equivalent
- No maximum age limit — all ages are welcome to apply
- All genders are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Willing to provide excellent service to customers who wish to purchase goods
- Domiciled in Mojokerto or surrounding areas, and ready to work in the Mojokerto region
- Skills in sales management and marketing are an advantage
- Good communication skills, friendly attitude, and a strong customer service orientation

- Working days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Working hours: 11:00 – 20:00
