PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk is currently seeking a dedicated Field Recruitment Officer for Expedition services to join our team in the Patumbak area of Deli Serdang. Job Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential courier candidates through various recruitment methods, including flyering, social media outreach, and referral programs.
- Verify candidate qualifications, including valid driver’s licenses (SIM) and ownership of appropriate vehicles.
- Conduct interviews and ensure all required documents are complete and properly verified.
- Provide task briefings, standard operating procedures (SOP), and guidance on the use of company applications.
- Monitor recruitment effectiveness and track courier retention rates to ensure a stable workforce.
- Prepare and submit recruitment reports to the HR team or direct supervisor on a regular basis.
- Understand and assist in the handling and resolution of fraud cases as they arise in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school level).
- Gender: Male.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with debt collection processes is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based setting.
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
