Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline representative of PT Sumatera Era Solusindo, responsible for promoting products and services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Actively identifying and approaching potential customers within the assigned area in Jambi City.
- Presenting and promoting company products or services to prospective buyers in a clear and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Working toward individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and following up on leads promptly.
- Preparing simple sales reports and documenting daily sales activities for management review.
- Coordinating with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a professional image of the company at all times during field visits and customer meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Minimum 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though experience in a similar field is an advantage.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible in carrying out daily tasks.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in the field.
- Must own a personal motorcycle for daily mobility.

What We Offer
PT Sumatera Era Solusindo offers a competitive salary range of IDR 1,800,000 to IDR 5,500,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
