Job Responsibilities
As an Inventory Staff at PT. Belcindo Sinar Mulia, your day-to-day tasks will focus on keeping inventory data accurate and well-organized. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that stock levels are properly recorded and reported. Typical responsibilities include:
- Recording and updating incoming and outgoing stock data accurately.
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in regular stock checks or audits.
- Preparing inventory reports using Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and basic data processing functions.
- Coordinating with warehouse and operational teams to verify stock movement.
- Maintaining neat and organized inventory documentation, both physical and digital.
- Identifying discrepancies in stock records and reporting them to supervisors.
- Supporting daily operational activities related to inventory control and administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
