Job Responsibilities
- Offer Home Credit Indonesia payment products at partner outlets, both in street areas and mall areas.
- Promote Home Credit Indonesia financing products through social media platforms.
- Serve and guide customers throughout the payment process using Home Credit Indonesia products.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with outlet staff and customers.
- Ensure a neat, professional, and attractive appearance at all times while representing the company.
- Communicate product information clearly and accurately to potential customers.
- Achieve sales and service targets set by the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/equivalent (high school level).
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with work experience are preferred.
- Communicative, friendly, and enjoys challenges.
- Neat and attractive appearance.
- Owns an Android smartphone.
- Willing to be placed at Home Credit Indonesia partner outlets, either in street areas or mall areas.
- Familiar with social media tools and basic marketing communication skills.
Working Schedule
- Working days: Tuesday to Sunday.
- Working hours: 11:00 – 20:00.
