Job Responsibilities
As a Waitress at LSC Billiard Pool, you will be the face of our daily operations, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well served. Depending on your assigned role, your responsibilities may include:
- Greeting customers warmly and taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks promptly while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Operating the cashier station and processing payments using a POS system (for cashier positions)
- Assisting in basic kitchen preparation and simple cooking tasks (for kitchen positions)
- Managing vehicle parking areas neatly and safely (for parking attendant positions)
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall venue
- Handling customer requests and complaints professionally and courteously
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are responsible, friendly, and committed to providing excellent service. The general qualifications for this position are:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Gender: Female
- No prior experience required for waitress roles; experienced candidates are also welcome
- For cashier positions: prior experience and ability to operate a POS cashier system
- For kitchen positions: basic understanding of cooking (not a professional kitchen role)
- For parking attendant positions: ability to organize vehicles neatly and safely
- Strong customer service management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
