Job Responsibilities
As a Private Biology Tutor for Elementary Students, your primary responsibility is to deliver effective and engaging biology lessons tailored to the needs of young learners. You will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver private biology tutoring sessions for elementary school students in Kota Pasuruan.
- Develop and apply creative learning methods that make biology concepts accessible and enjoyable for children.
- Assess each student’s understanding and adjust teaching approaches to suit their individual learning pace and style.
- Prepare simple teaching materials, exercises, and practice questions that reinforce key biology topics.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians regarding academic development.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning atmosphere during every session.
- Continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated on effective educational methods for elementary-level science.
Requirements and Qualifications

- Female applicants only.
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3/D4) or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in biology, science, or elementary education.
- Strong understanding of educational principles and child-friendly teaching approaches.

- Highly motivated, responsible, and committed to student success.
