Studiorenang.com is looking for a dependable and organized General Affair Staff to support the expansion of its outlets, based in Meruya, West Jakarta. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on coordination work, from purchasing supplies and preparing new outlets for opening to managing renovation handovers and permits. Job Responsibilities
As a General Affair Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring that every new outlet is ready to operate smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Purchasing all supplies and necessities required for new outlets.
- Conducting checklist inspections and handover activities for renovation work from vendors to the company.
- Preparing all requirements for new outlet openings.
- Handling permits and documentation related to new outlet renovations.
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure renovation and opening schedules stay on track.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, handovers, and permit documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; Civil Engineering is preferred.
- At least 1 year of work experience in General Affair or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a valid SIM A and SIM C driver’s license.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good work attitude and work ethic.
- Willingness to join immediately.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and general administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
