Job Responsibilities
As a Field Recruitment Coordinator, your daily work will involve a mix of field sourcing, candidate assessment, and reporting. You will be the frontline representative of the recruitment team, directly interacting with potential couriers and guiding them through every stage of the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding and attracting prospective courier candidates through various recruitment methods, including flyering, social media outreach, community referrals, and local networking.
- Verifying candidate qualifications, such as a valid driver’s license (SIM) and ownership of a motorcycle or other required vehicle.
- Conducting interviews and ensuring all required documents are complete, valid, and properly submitted before onboarding.
- Providing new couriers with clear direction regarding job duties, standard operating procedures (SOP), and proper use of the delivery application.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and tracking courier retention rates over time.
- Compiling and reporting recruitment results to the HR team and direct supervisors on a regular basis.
- Understanding and supporting the handling and resolution of fraud cases related to courier recruitment and operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as required for this field-based position).
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in recruitment, field operations, or a similar role.
- No maximum age limit — candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with employee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of debt collection processes is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Basic reporting skills and comfort using mobile applications and digital tools.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is primarily field-based, meaning you will spend significant time visiting recruitment locations, meeting candidates, and coordinating with local communities across Serang Regency. You will also collaborate closely with the HR team and operational supervisors to ensure recruitment targets are met and courier retention remains healthy.
