PT Abadi Bintang Cemerlang is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our outlet. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing gold appraisal, pawn transactions, and team performance, ensuring that every customer receives accurate, secure, and professional service.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform accurate appraisals of gold value, including gold bars, jewelry, and diamonds, in accordance with company standards.
- Manage the entire gold pawn process, from receiving collateral, calculating loan values, to handling repayment and the release of pledged assets.
- Operate the Pegadaian information system related to gold pawn transactions, including data entry, information retrieval, and reporting.
- Apply fundamental financial management principles, such as calculating interest, penalties, and administrative fees related to gold pawn services.
- Implement security procedures for handling gold and other valuables, and maintain the confidentiality of customer data at all times.
- Lead and motivate the outlet team by providing direction, delegating tasks, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Manage work schedules effectively to ensure smooth outlet operations and the achievement of sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor; candidates with 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in handling transactions and documentation.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Genuine interest in and understanding of the gold business industry.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
